GTK3 on Windows 7 (x64)

Is it possible to install GTK3 on Ruby 2.0.0 x64 + DevKit Windows 7 x64?

It is not possible for now.
Ruby-GNOME2 Project plans to add x64 Windows support into
the next release. Please wait for the next release.

Thanks,
