Gem, Proxy and MS authentication

NTLM Authorization Proxy Server download | SourceForge.net works great for me. You also
will need to set http_proxy environment variable appropriatelly to
direct gem to APS proxy.

After you start APS proxy make sure to test that it works by
configuring your web browser to use it. If it does, gem will do too.

look at http://apserver.sourceforge.net/ it's a NTLM proxy
