I don't think PLEAC is a very formal project. It pretty much advances
only when someone decides to complete sections or subsections.
Guillaume, the project leader, is happy to take any contributions. If
you know a little perl, it's fairly easy to compare empty ruby sections
to the perl and come up with equivalents - plus it's a nice excuse to
expand your knowlege of Ruby.
