Hmm... that's odd. Maybe I set something wrong. I got a few comments saying
that it's only available in the US but I can see it from Argentina, though.

I've been checking the docs, and It seems that the KDP Select program has
"special" rules for Brazil, Japan, India, and Mexico. Maybe that is why is
not available in those regions.
