Error Message "The procedure entry point mysql_stmt_row_tel"

I have installed Ruby and MySQL. When I want to create table through
Ruby script i get the following error message:::

"The procedure entry point mysql_stmt_row_tell could not be located in
the dynamic link library LIBMYSQL.dll.

I have copied LIBMYSQL.dll file from MySQL Bin to Ruby Bin folder.

Pls. help me why this happened.
