[Download issue]

Hi

We are facing issue related downloading the document

Our application running under ruby on rails with Nginx + passenger
combination, Some times downloading any document "we are sorry error "
displayed . But download document functionality it's working fine,
some times not working at the time we restart nginx service this issue
solved.

This issue occur rare case.

Please check below log error :

Errno::ENOENT (No such file or directory - ./public/documents):
    /app/controllers/documents_controller.rb:412:in `mkdir'

Currently running server

Ruby 1.8.5
Rails 1.2.3
Passenger- 3.0.13
Nginx - 1.X.X

Please help me solve this issue.
