Cross platform gui plotting packages

i’m looking at creating a gui which parses and plots some csv files. the gui
would run on mac osx, winblows, and *nix. i’ve used gnuplot extensively, but
if any other plotting packages were recommended i’d love to hear about it.
also, any opinions on the simplest crossplatform gui package would be
apprecited.
