Converting Time between timezones?

Hi,

ruby comes with the standard unix time conversion functions such
as gmtime and localtime.

Is there a simple method to convert time into arbitrary time zones?

No easy solution possible - for Saudi Arabia you need to take into
account the precise position - they use solar time.
