Compile ruby 2.6.6 with jemalloc for target windows

Hi,

did anybody compiled ruby with jemalloc successfully for windows envrinment ?

I tried to use the ruby installer 2 environment to compile a mingw version, but I
failed doing this. Is there somewhere a detailed description how to use this environment ?
