Comp raainstall and raa improvements

just used raainstall for the first time. beautiful! love it! can’t say enough
about how cool it is. rock on!

quick raa suggestion: add a raainstall-able check box to package info. this
way raainstall can distinguish between packages that will work and those that
do not.

so…now we need a complementry tool to raainstall. recently Phil Tomson gave
us installpkg. thanks Phil! this is a good start. i have some ideas for
further direction with this. it would be a big boon for raa if installpkg
could go a bit further an automatically upload the package to proper location
when built, or at least provide an easy means to do so.

also it would be even more awsome if it could automatically generate RDocs (if
not already provided) to be placed with the package upon upload.

also in this vain, has anyone considered hosting a raa package repository?
currently all packages reside on end-developers sites. lets get a place to
actually keep raa packages. surely we can pool some resources together to get
a file server to host this.
