Beginning my journey with hanami

Dear rubyists,

I want to begin my journey with hanami with the official tutorial. I have
limited web development experience with sintara.

Kindly give your reviews on hanami - the web framework.

Thank you , community.

Regards,

Surya.

As far as I know, its claimed that Hanami is technically superior than Rails. Rails does not dispute the claim and does nothing because very few people use Hanami.

Yes give it a go. Possibly if your application goes really big, with Hanami its much more maintainable.

I would suggest you to begin with rails as you said you have limited web
experience with web development. After you gain experience with rails, you
can explore the new approach that hamani provides.
Also rails has many good features/concepts that would be great if you get
to know before working with hanami.

Hanami is a good choice. If you can, get the book Effective Testing with
RSpec 3. While the web portions use Sinatra, being able to build automated
tests as you learn should help you learn faster.

I would skip Rails completly, for many reasons.

Honestly, that's hard to imagine.

Not to hijack this thread, maybe you could start a new one with a
description of the problem(s) you're having?
