I suppose there are any people using Delphi. I found such project named
Apollo. It is an Ruby-Delphi interface by Yoshida Kazuhiro aka moriq.

The archive placed on this site contains software for Delphi 6. Does
anyone who uses it know how to port this software to Delphi 5?

Have you tried it with D5? There’s lots of Delphi code that works across
several versions. In my experience, version incompatibilites tend to be more
common with older versions (2, 3, 4), because of more radical additions to
the language in between those versions (like overloading methods).
