Tork runs your tests as they change, in parallel:
1. Absorbs test execution overhead into a master process.
2. Forks to inherit overhead and run test files in parallel.
3. Avoids running unchanged tests inside changed test files.

## Version 19.4.0 (2013-11-25)
Minor:
* The "rails" configuration helper now automatically sets up your test
database for Tork's parallel testing system if your test database is
SQLite3 and you are using Rails 3 or newer.
Other:
* rails: remove unused capture of rescued exception
* coverage: document the use of Ruby 1.9 hash syntax
* rename `*.markdown` file extension to shorter `*.md`
