a service? I.e., might it go into the RAA? If
so, I think Ruby/Mirror is already there (not
sure).

I searched the RAA for rubymirror, mirror, Ruby/Mirror, etc, and came up
dry… I might be using the wrong search terms, though…
If there’s a consensus that the “rubymirror” conflicts with a current
app, we could certainly change it to “ruby-release-mirror” or something
to that effect…
