I've started an Awesome List containing links to Natural Language
Processing resources: https://github.com/arbox/nlp-with-ruby
It lists libraries, tools, talks, and presentations. Please use it for
your reference in practical day-to-day work 
Due to may limited vision I cannot find all *working* solutions.
If you've worked on NLP related topics and have good suggestions of
battle hardened solutions implemented in Ruby I'd be thankful for a pull
request.
