A few folks have asked me to let them know when the new release of RMagick
became available. I broke the Cygwin install some releases back. This
release should install correctly on Cygwin.
RMagick is a binding to the ImageMagick (http://www.imagemagick.org)
library of image manipulation routines. See the RMagick home page for a
list of changes since 1.1.0.
