rdoc_osx_dictionary version 1.1.1 has been released!

rdoc via Apple's Dictionary.app. Automatically builds and installs an
Apple Dictionary with all rdoc nicely formatted.

Changes:

* 1 minor enhancement:

  * Extra munging to remove more (all?) warnings from the dictionary compiler

* 1 bug fix:

  * Only run the hooks once per gem invocation, not once per install/uninstall

New entries for dictionary. Rebuilding dictionary.
Error reading the cache for ; recreating the cache!

utf8 "\xA5" does not map to Unicode at /Developer/Extras/Dictionary Development Kit/bin/make_line.pl line 51, <> chunk 6866.
