New features of jobQueue:
* Determination of maximal number of cores supports IronRuby
* The included shell parallelization script prun.rb uses this number
as its default, so the specification of the number of threads is now optional.
* number of worker threads is now set with '-j' option
* added '-h'
* blocks can now pushed to the jobQueue
