[ANN] flickr_airlift 0.0.7 released

flickr_airlift is a command-line tool for scraping any user's original
photos, or uploading all media in a given directory.

Improvements in 0.0.7 Release:

   - Improving how handle file extension case is handled in flickr_uplift
   - support for mov and avi files in flickr_uplift
   - version bump and description improvement
