I have just released the first release of EzCrypto, a easy ruby like
wrapper ontop of OpenSSL.

Everything is done using the EzCrypto::Key class here is an example encryption:
@key=EzCrypto::Key.with_password "password", "system salt"
@encrypted=@key.encrypt "Top secret should not be revealed"
It is available on rubygems. Just type:
gems install ezcrypto
