I’ve seen the suggestions for possibly taking the Perl Foundation
approach (e.g., funding larger projects), and I think that’s a good
idea – but why not look at having a “RubyForge”? This would also
make RAA hosting much easier to deal with…

RubyForge.com, etc. is available, so somebody responsible should lock
it up as soon as possible.
