1.8.1preview3 is out

Maybe everybody else already knew this, but I just noticed on
http://www.ruby-lang.org/ that 1.8.1preview3 has been released (as of
Dec. 5th).

Everybody get testing… it would great if we could have a rock-solid
1.8.1 release by the end of the year!
