Some minor FOX HMat bugs/feature requests

Sorry for sending them here, but I had trouble with the form on the fxruby
website, and I know Lyle is an usual poster here.

  1. HMat’s default constructor leaves matrix with undefined numbers. It should
    either default to a null or an identity matrix.
  2. BUG def access of HMat is returning self for idx = 0 (works
    fine for 1,2,3). Also, def access does not check bounds as it is
    possible to query idx>3, albeit that may be a feature for speed.

Thanks; I’ve just added these to the bug list at SourceForge. I’m a
little overdue for a new FXRuby release due to a recent job change, but
hope to get that updated soon.
