If any of your contacts are interested in outsourcing in Belarus
(Weissrussland), they may be interested to know that I work as a unit
manager of second-largest offshore software outsourcing house in Minsk,
BY, with offices in Germany and Netherlands, and partners in Switzerland
among others. My unit is specializing in free software, Linux, Unix, and
mobile/embedded development, but I know that the neighbouring unit has
at least one experienced SAP engineer and several programmers with
average SAP skill.
