Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a “digest” mode for ruby-talk?
I’m writing a “Getting Help” section for my tutorial and I mention the
mailing list. However, it occurs to me that someone who is not used to
high-traffic lists might be a bit overwhelmed. A digest option would be
useful for some people.
Cheers,

Let me shamelessly promote the RWN here. It was started to allow people to
follow major (major is determined by the editors Ruby news events but
without the high volume of -talk. Originally this was started by Phil Tomson
and myself about 1 year ago. Currently Pat Eyler, Bruce Williams and I do a 3
week rotation on producing the RWN (many thanks for their assitance). You can
find the RWN here http://www.rubygarden.org/rurl/html/index.html or you can
subscribe to a once a week email via ruby-weekly-news-ctl@ruby-lang.org IIRC.
