flay version 2.14.1 has been released!

Flay analyzes code for structural similarities. Differences in literal
values, variable, class, method names, whitespace, programming style,
braces vs do/end, etc are all ignored. Making this totally rad.

* 3 bug fixes:
* Bumped dependency to prism to get some upstreamed fixes.
* Loosened the minitest dependency to include MT6.
* Removed local copy of the upstreamed fixes.
