[ruby-dev:18278] OP_ASGN_OR warning
When we try to assign value to undefined (unused) valiables
using ‘||=’ method, we get no error or warning with local variable
and instance variable, but warning with global varialble, and
NameError with class variable.
Nobuyoshi Nakada posted a patch which makes the behavior cosistent,
and Matz let him commit it.
