Ruby and PGP bindings that work on MS windows?

anybody know of ruby interface bindings to PGP that works on the M$
windows platform?...i did a google search and all i got is this list
with all the people who had PGP signatures....thanx....dave

I've got code that drives -gnupg- on windows (just via command-line
arguments). Give a holler if you're interested...
