I was away for ten days, not reading email (wonderful feeling -- I
recommend it highly 
and not checking things in general... but
last night I got home and restarted the RCRchive server so all should
be well.

Home. I can get to individual RCRs (through bookmarked links), but the
home page is missing.

I think it's working now. Among other things, the IP address of the
whole wobblini domain is changing, so I had to make some
adjustments... hopefully not too many little DNS timebombs still
remaining.
