QR Barcode Library

Hi, I'm interested in a library that will parse and read QR barcodes.
I've searched and haven't found much (in english!) and since this is a
barcode that's used more in Japan, I thought there might be a chance
there is a ruby library for it.

Anybody know?

Yes, here is one that lets you generate QR codes:

The details are in Japanese, but I hope the examples can help you out.
