Openprojects.org - servers exhausted

Hi

I have been trying for about a month now to get an IRC
session open to ruby-talk, but keep getting servers exhausted error.

Have others had the same problem, or am I doing something
wrong?

They’ve changed their name to irc.freenode.net – I don’t think
the openprojects name works at all anymore.
