Hello!

After:

require 'tk'

Answer:

\<internal:lib/rubygems/custom\_require\>:29:in `require': no such file to
load --
tk (LoadError)
        from \<internal:lib/rubygems/custom\_require\>:29:in `require'
        from C:/Ruby192/prog/rub\_by.rb:1:in `\<main\>'

Have you installed Ruby with RubyInstaller? You have to enable tk
during installation, then.
