I'm Collecting Media Refernces for Ruby and Rails

I’m trying to collect media references (URLs) to articles, podcasts, and
videos about Ruby and Ruby on Rails, like this month’s Linux Journal (
http://www.linuxjournal.com/issue/147) or the recent DDJ article (
http://www.ddj.com/dept/architect/187203512).

If have such a collections yourself (or just know of some good references),
could you please share them on this thread.

Thanks,
Curt

It's not all "media" but I usually send the following links to people after I mention ruby and they don't know anything about it. Might help you too:

About page, from the source: (a little dry, but it's all there)

This presentation sums up a lot of Ruby concepts (whether or not you know Java):

Rails, the web framework that helped bring Ruby to light (The screencasts under "get excited" are pretty impressive):

One of the early Rails article/tutorials:

I'm assuming you mean 'print media'. Not sure if any of these made it
to print, but they're likely candidates. Found them with a simple
google search:

The best answer to most questions is "it depends".

I've got several Rails articles on my blog, http://glu.ttono.us. Look
at the Understanding section on the right. Rails for Designers and the
Environments Cheat Sheet were dugg.
