Hobix windows woes

I would like to start blogging my stuff, so I decided I'd use Hobix 0.3. I'm testing this on a Windows 2000 machine. When I try to create a blog

hobix create myblog c:/source/blog
  -OR-
hobix create myblog c:/source/blog/

it gets to the point after it asks if I want to to apache1-ssi or apache2-ssi. After that point it crashs and says:

*** wrong number of arguments (6 for 0)
*** use syntax: `hobix create weblog-name /path/to/'

The directory structure gets created, but I never get to give it a short name, and i cannot post to it via the "hobix post blog shortnmame" syntax.

Any idears?
