I found this today on the extreme programming mailing list:
Extreme Programmer needed.
Minimum Requirements:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
2 or more years of commercial development experience.
Extreme Programming or Agile Development environment experience.
OO design and development experience.
GUI design and development experience.
Python, Ruby, Java or equivalent language experience.

Postgresql, SOLID, Oracle or equivalent database experience.
Bonus Skills:
Financial or accounting domain knowledge.
Sense of humor a plus.

One of those nastly little indentation bugs that can really bite you
in Python
BTW: there’s a posting for a Ruby programmer on Rubygarden
(http://www.rubygarden.org ) now too.

This is how my screen looked like before I pressed the send button, but when I
saw it on the list it looked totally different.

You mean if I were doing more programming in Python I wouldn’t have made this
bug? May be, but I happily trade fewer bugs in code for some bugs in E-mails, so
I won’t switch
