RubyForge didn’t exist when I submitted it, I guess I should
create a RubyForge project for it. Except it is so small it
is more appropriate to included it as part of some other project.
It’s not the size of the package that counts John. 
Seriously, I would create a project for it on RubyForge. If you want to
migrate it to a standard track library later on, so be it.
