# Equivalent of scons?

Hello,

Is there an equivalent to "scons" [1] in Ruby? More generally, is there any interesting build system using Ruby out there?

Rake seems to be quite close. They don't share exactly the same goals, but it might be a good match anyway. See [http://rake.rubyforge.org/](http://rake.rubyforge.org/)

There's rake:
