I need Large Number of Ruby On Rails Developer for COLORADO, US
If you need a "Large Number" of developers, you're probably doing it wrong.
The op said Developer. So clearly the op is trying to find a single
developer who has a large number.
this could be interpreted as years of experience or perhaps a
developer who uses an IPv6 address for voip communication.
