Continuous builds a la Ruby

Has anyone coded up a Ruby port of http://cruisecontrol.sourceforge.net/

I just looked at some 40 lines of Cruise Control’s Java source which, AFAICT,
could have been accomplished with a single Ruby line…

Dave and I have written several such systems, but all for clients (not
open source).
