I've imagined that Ruby 3 wouldn't be so fast like 3x of ruby 2 in every
scenario. But slower than 2.4? Even worse, with JIT?
Why? I'm so confused...

Didn't 2.6 implement a lot of the upcoming 3.0 improvements ? Maybe they're
having trouble integrating the successful 2.6 implementations with new
features in 3.0 ?
