UnicodeUtils implements Unicode algorithms in pure Ruby code.

Install with RubyGems:

    $ gem install unicode\_utils

Ruby 1.9.1 is required.

Example code:

    require "unicode\_utils/titlecase"
    UnicodeUtils.titlecase("hello, world!") =\> "Hello, World!"

With this release, UnicodeUtils implements the following Unicode
algorithms:

    \* Case conversion: upcase, downcase, titlecase
    \* Casefolding
    \* All normalization forms: NFD, NFC, NFKD, NFKC
    \* Text segmentation: each\_grapheme, each\_word

All future 1.x releases will be backwards compatible!
