# \[ANN\] Text::Format 0.60

I have posted the latest version of Text::Format. At this point, significant changes are underway and I am moving toward a 1.0 release.

The big addition to this version is hyphenation, although you will need TeX::Hyphen 0.2 to take full advantage of it. (A simplistic word splitting scheme is built in.)

If you have any feature requests, please email me directly or add an entry to the bug list I have for Text::Format ([http://www.halostatue.ca/bz](http://www.halostatue.ca/bz)). The project is Ruby Projects and the component is Text::Format.

I have also modified the processing engine to reduce duplication, so please report any unexpected results.

Note that there are other Perl hyphenation modules which can be ported for use with this module. The home page for the module will be updated later with the required API.
