we're creating a new Ruby Mentor+hack fest weekend event group here in Toronto and are looking for people from the area who would like to get involved in the project and help make it a success.

Our plan is to eventually expand to other areas. I love the Ruby community and this is my way of giving back something I hope will be of great value to others and also help push Ruby more into the mainstream where it belongs.
