Dear Ruby users,
Dislin is a high-level and easy to use plotting library for
displaying data as curves, bar graphs, pie charts, 3D-colour plots,
surfaces, contours and maps. Several output formats are supported
such as X11, VGA, PostScript, PDF, CGM, WMF, HPGL, TIFF, GIF, PNG,
BMP and SVG.
Dislin supports now the programming language Ruby. I have created an
extension module of Dislin for Ruby and added it to the Linux distributions
of Dislin. There is also a new Dislin distribution for Ruby and Windows,
which is compiled with the MinGW port of gcc and linked with the Dislin
library for MinGW.
Dislin is available from the web site
and via FTP from the server
All Dislin distributions are free for non-commercial use.
