Does collapsing and uncollapsing the current message thread help? At least that fixes it for me. It seems to be caused by all new messages getting put at the bottom of a thread.
well, I seem to have missed some messages, they won't appear no matter what I do. For the rest, everything works fine (thunderbird 0.9)
